Born in Albania in 1944 and now an American citizen, Spiro V. Haxhi has spent over four decades researching and developing a human-centric philosophy to replace outdated economic systems.
Graduating in Mechanical Engineering in 1967, Haxhi worked as an inspector, manager, and researcher across Albania and the United States. He holds multiple recognitions, including the GSFN Award (UK) and Visionary Leader Award from the Law 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas.
His mission? To replace the false law of growing GDP with the true law of promoting General Welfare (GWF).
"My life's work has been dedicated to developing a comprehensive philosophy and mathematical system that can replace GDP with a more human-centric approach. The General Welfare Framework isn't just a theory—it's a practical path forward for humanity in these challenging times."
